I hope everyones Winter Holiday Season was everything that was expected and more!! It is so much fun sprucing up the nest and decorating for the Christmas Holidays at our house. With traditional and extended family occasions peppering the whole magilla, it was exhausting but well received and a great time for most. Now for that weight reduction program.......................

A great deal of the Swarovski Crystal is gone but we have put up a lot of that beautiful brooch and pins jewelry that Swarovski is so famous for outside the USA. Clowns and Teddy Bears of all different types are available and some decorative pieces are still coming up so keep your eyes peeled for these delights.

Hallmark Blown Glass ornaments are coming up soon. These handblown and handpainted pieces are amazing and will be a super addition to your collection for tree or display. This "tree jewelry" or "kugels" as they are know as, are centuries old artistry that puts your Christmas Tree ornamentation into the star category. (pun intended) Check them out!!

I keep getting lots of ornaments from years past. Some have been display pieces and I always state that in the auction, but a great deal of these are NIB (new in box) and are from early 90's upward. It is interesting to me the change in design and theme as the years go by and most are pretty much timeless although there are the collectible series that are generated by popular culture that will revive memories for years to come.

I also have received a lot of collector quality comic books and will be cataloging and photographing these items. If you are a collector or just appreciate this art form, they will all be up in the very near future.

Shipping was pretty good for the holiday season based on our feedback from customers getting their purchases quickly. I alway ship at once upon payment receipt but priority mail was, in most cases, very efficent. Thanks to the USPS for their effort in this busy season. For me it was Don, Maureen, Debbie, Martha, and Bud, the clerks who put up with a lot of abuse from some unbalanced people and still do an excellent job. They staff the Beachside Ormond Beach Post Office, one of our post offices where I do most of my business. They are Great!!!!

We have a good quantity of all different type of 2001 Oranments. From the traditional collectors series to some new designs and series.

Several of the offerings of 2001 ornaments are BARBIE ornaments. Lot of new goodies!! The Celebration Barbie as well as the 2001 Barbie Angel are still available. There is one with a poodle skirt celebrating the 1950's, Harley Barbie, and Birthday Wishes (some early 2002 Ornaments) , and some different collectors pieces.

Other varied pieces from different series are coming in from Dale Jarrett NASCAR Champion to Peanuts Pieces,or Kris and the Kringles. Alot of more artistic and sound/action/lights types like “Cinderella's Castle” to “Up on the Rooftop” to “Deep Space 9 Space Station”.

I've also gotten a lot of “'Twas the night before CHRISTMAS” ornaments from the Clement C. Moore poem. This grouping of four ornaments is sure to please. These Handcrafted ornaments come in their own book “cases”, Volumes 1-4, with appropriate verse. I think they are great!!

A little tip about domain names and reserving them for yourself. If you have been inundated by all the major companies that will register your domain name for a few dollars less than networksolutions.net (35 bucks a year, minimum 2 years to start or 70 dinero) and then charge you to park your domain on their servers until you build your website, they are taking advantage of your good nature. I checked out several registrars and found one that is getting all my business. What a deal!! I registered several domains in just a few minutes and they are automatically parked at the registrar absolutely free. For new domains you come up with the 2 year minimum at $13.50 per year or $27, and renewals are at $13.50 for a year. I don't recommend 5 or 10 year renewals because the whole world changes in 5 years so who knows. They have a domain manager software so you can easily change technical and contact people and server information yourself. It's great. Check it out at http://www.000domains.com
